Mobile Banking FAQs


Mobile Deposit

With Mobile Banking, you can deposit personal checks to your checking or savings account from wherever you are with your phone! It’s simple:

  1. Open our Mobile Banking app on your smartphone.
  2. Select the Mobile Deposit option.
  3. Select which GNB Bank account you want the check deposited to.
  4. Enter the dollar amount of the check.
  5. If you want, you can add a memo so you know what the check is for.
  6. Snap a picture of the front of the check.
  7. Flip the check over, endorse it with your name and the words "For Mobile Deposit Only."
  8. Snap a picture of the back of the check.
  9. Tap submit, and you’re done!
