We are currently working with Shazam regarding the fraudulent charges some customers are seeing from Discord (a social platform for text, video and chat). All debit cards affected will be cancelled and new cards will be issued to avoid future charges. This has impacted a number of institutions.
You should receive your new debit card within 10 business days if it has not already been issued in person. There will be no charge for this new card. If you are unable to wait the 10 days, please contact us at 800-545-0172.
