What equipment do I need to get started with Online Banking?
Any computer or internet appliance can access Online Banking. A home computer that runs Windows 98, 2000, ME or XP or Mac OS 10.0 or greater with a modem is sufficient. You will need an active account with an Internet Service Provider (ISP), and a web browser software program from either Netscape or Microsoft Internet Explorer, versions 6.0 and above with 128-bit encryption.

How do I access my account on the internet?
After GNB has received and approved your Online Banking Enrollment Form, we will issue you a temporary password. Simply enter your username and password in the online banking login box located on the home page and click on submit. Our website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your banking convenience.

How do I access my account without using the internet?
GNB has four convenient locations, two in Grundy Center, Conrad and Holland to serve you. Banking hours are listed on the Contact GNB page on this web site. Our 24-hour Touchtone Banker service allows you to retrieve account information via telephone whenever you need it. Contact the bank to have your password established, then phone toll-free 1-888-545-0172 for account information. Touchtone Banker allows you to transfer funds, check balances, see if a specific check has cleared, and make payments to GNB loans.

How do I begin paying bills with Online Banking?
Sign up for GNB's BillPay service by completing the Online Banking Enrollment Form, and indicate that you wish to use the BillPay option. You need to have a GNB checking account to use this service.
